Breed Rescue
Breed Rescue is a priority for every member of the Northern California English Cocker Spaniel Club. The club members work hard to keep our breed out of the shelters and get them either back to their homes or find a wonderful new home. After all they are all our children. If you are interested in more information regarding the breed rescue or you have information about a dog in need of rescue, PLEASE contact our rescue coordinators.

Mocha NEEDS a FOREVER HOME
Mocha is a 2 year old spayed female. The owner told us he purchased her from a breeder in Los Angeles, but he could not find the papers. She had been living in a garage since she was 8 weeks old. She was taken on walks, but was not allowed in the house or yard. Due to a divorce, she was released to rescue. New situations are scary for her since she were never socialized. Despite this, she craves human attention once she gets over her initial fear. Her foster home is working on housebreaking and teaching her what life is like in a real home. She is a sweet dog and will need to go to someone who understands her special needs and can continue her socialization.
